Meetings for the Careers In Transition Group are generally held in the Rice Lounge on the first floor of the New Academic Building at Fairleigh Dickinson, starting at 5:30 PM and ending at 9:00, with a Dutch-treat dinner. Check the NJ-ACS Member Career Needs Survey The North Jersey Section of the American Chemical Society is collaborating with the Professional Programs subcommittee under the umbrella of The National ACS Committee on Economic & Professional Affairs (CEPA) with the goal of assessing member needs for new programs to be developed for career planning, development, management, and transitions. We will thus better prepare ACS members for the dynamic and ever changing economic climate. The Professional Programs Subcommittee of The National Committee on Economic and Professional Affairs (CEPA) will use this survey to establish priorities for new career related program developments to supplement the large selection already available from Career Services. Locally our Career in Transition team is available to assist you with the next step in your career. Your assistance in completing this questionnaire will guide the development of new programs
