Information for Exhibitors:

 

•       Exhibition space is located in the middle of the conference space, right outside symposia and coffee break areas, to maximize foot traffic through the exhibition

 

•       Internet and electricity are available

 

•       Exhibit Booths - 8' x 10' exhibit booths (each booth will consist of 1 skirted 2' x 6' x 30” table 2 chairs and 1 waste basket)

 

•       A list of exhibitors will be published in the program and on the website

 

•       2 complimentary registrations for exhibitor staff

 

•       Booth location assigned on a first-come, first served basis

 

Cost:

$1,200 per single table and $1,900 for double tables.
